Who is responsible?

What data do we collect?
- Your email address and the date of your consent, if you join the waitlist.
- Technical data (IP address, date, pages requested) recorded by the host to keep the site secure and working.
We do not ask you for any other information.
Why, and on what legal basis?
We use your email to send you the free guide, let you know when the shop opens and, from time to time, share news about the project. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
For how long?
Until you unsubscribe, and no later than three years after your last contact with us. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
Who receives this data?
Our email service provider (Brevo) and our host (Cloudflare). They act on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your data.
Some providers may be located outside the European Union, notably in the United States; where this is the case, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no tracking cookies, no audience-measurement tools and no advertising. The typefaces (Jost and Tajawal) are loaded from the Bunny Fonts service; loading them sends the visitor’s IP address to that service.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to naqaaehome@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL; in Morocco, the CNDP).
